Terms & Conditions for Brum Radio & Attic Brew Company Beer Giveaway

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to this promotion, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

The Promoter, Brum Radio, takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to any personal information you submit as part of this promotion being held and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
  3. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required to enter.
  4. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple Instagram accounts, or entries via agents, third parties, organized groups, syndicates, or aliases will not be accepted.
  5. Only one entry per person is allowed.

 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. The promotion will run from 14th October 2024 to midnight on 21st October 2024.

  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Comment on the post, tagging a friend

Entries that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.

THE PRIZE

The prize includes:

24 x core beers box from Attic Brew Company, featuring:

– Intuition | 4.4% | Pale Ale | 330m

– Forward | 4.2% | Lager | 330m

– Signals | 5.6% | IPA | 330ml

The total prize includes 8 bottles of each beer variety.

PRIZE INFORMATION

  1. The prize is strictly non-transferable and will only be awarded directly to the selected winner.
  2. No cash alternatives are available.
  3. Postage of the Prize: The prize will be shipped byAttic Brew Company. Brum Radio is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during transit. Once the prize has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier and Attic Brew Company. Brum Radio will not be liable for replacement or compensation for lost or damaged goods after dispatch.
  4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend the promotion at any time.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  1. The winner will be selected at random using an independently supervised process.
  2. The winner will be contacted directly via direct message on Instagram, using the account they registered for competition entry.
  3. The winner will be required to respond within 3 working days of being contacted to confirm acceptance of their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in the prize being forfeited, and a new winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
  4. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, the Promoter is not responsible for any failure to contact a winner due to incorrect contact information or delays in delivery beyond their control.
  5. The prize will be dispatched within 5 working days following confirmation of acceptance.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are delayed, corrupted, or incomplete due to technical errors or reasons beyond its control.
  2. Attic Brewery reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner, including proof of age, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement if any Terms and Conditions have been breached.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or suspend the promotion if unforeseen circumstances affect its fairness or integrity.
  4. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or English courts.
