Submit Your Music

Send one track as MP3 or WAV. We do not accept Spotify or YouTube links.

Submit your track

Before you submit

  • To make the main playlist you must be based in Birmingham or the West Midlands.
  • We also accept submissions from elsewhere for our specialist shows.
  • Upload one track as MP3 (128kbps+) or WAV. One file only.
  • Radio edit preferred. Keep it under 4:30 if possible.
  • If you share Bandcamp or SoundCloud, make sure downloads are enabled.
  • Sending an album, or having trouble uploading? Email submissions@brumradio.com and include as much information as possible.

What happens next

Our Music Team reviews new submissions weekly. If your track is added to our main playlist, we’ll email you with on-air details. If you’re outside Birmingham or the West Midlands, we’ll consider your music for our specialist shows and contact you if selected.

We receive a lot of tracks. We can’t reply to every submission, but we do listen.
