Andy McCluskey is a British musician and songwriter best known as one of the founding members of the electronic music band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD).

The inspiration behind the name ‘Bauhaus Staircase’ draws from the influential German artistic movement of 1919-1933, with McCluskey masterfully employing it as a metaphor to convey the power of art.
On March 15, 2024, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark will make a triumphant return to the West Midlands at The Halls Wolverhampton, where they will perform and commemorate their latest album. With a remarkable 45-year journey, the band has poured their heart and soul into ensuring that their final album stands as a testament to their unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional music.
